The Board of Directors is the policy-making body of GAA. It consists of the five officers and at least 16 members, elected by the annual business meeting. The Board elects an Executive Committee of five officers and three other members to guide the operations of the association. The Executive Committee serves as the Finance Committee and Government Relations Committee.
